As an influencer, it can be tough finding your own partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns. You want an agency that not only finds you these potential growth opportunities but one that cares about these opportunities fitting your brand.
This is what we do here at Hunter Talent for both micro-influencers and those with an incredibly substantial following on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any of the other social media platforms.
We like to take a very hands-on approach to source you the collaborations that are worth your while and match your needs.
This means searching out brands that are best suited to your style and message, that will help you to grow your social media success.
So what happens when Hunter Talent manages you as an influencer?
Let’s break it down into three parts.
An influencer search is when a brand or company comes to us looking for an influencer with a specific look, demographic or message.
The profile we create for you ensures that we can easily find the right talent for their marketing needs, or in other words, you!
Although this may sound like an easy endeavour, you’d be surprised at how often we hear of influencers who have been offered partnerships that weren’t suitable for them or have a sense of unease about whether a deal is worth their time.
That’s certainly not the case at Hunter Talent where we take our influencer management responsibilities very seriously.
Once a brand or company has found you in our database, they may want to organise an online meeting. This will give them the opportunity to discuss the details and decide whether you are the right fit for their needs.
As agents, we’ll run through the information and make sure that everything is as it should be before contacting you and confirming that the opportunity is worthwhile.
Once the influencer, agent and brand agrees to the terms, you’re good to go!
We’re here to help and guide you through the process by offering advice and tips.
Once a brand feels that you’re the right fit to represent their company, it’s time to talk business.
Hunter Talent will make sure that they are offering a suitable rate for the requirements of the partnership based on current industry standards. We’ll also take a look at any documentation and check that there are no unreasonable requirements for the role.
When you are finished with the agreed commitments, we will then invoice the company and forward your payment to your account as soon as they have paid. If there are any issues with late payments or incorrect amounts, we will be the one to chase it up with the client on your behalf. After all, we’re managing your influencer career.
So if you’re looking for an agency that does more than just sign you up for anything, then you’ve come to the right place.
